Crockpot Sweet Peach Chicken Recipe

What You’ll Need:

  • 4 – 5 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, thawed
  • 1 jar Smucker’s Peach Preserves {18 oz.}
  • Approx. 5 oz. Kraft Catalina Dressing {I use about 1/3 of a 16 oz. bottle}
  • Crockpot

What You’ll Do:

  • Cook chicken in crockpot on high for 3 hours {covered}
  • After 3 hours, drain juices from crockpot
  • Mix together Peach Preserves and Catalina Dressing
  • Pour mixture over chicken, and cook on high for 30 more minutes {covered}

Tastes like sweet and sour chicken...only better. I serve over rice.
