My dd 7 hasn't gone #2 in 3 days or more. And her stomach hurts every night after dinner.

What do you do when your child needs help going?

Karo syrup in a little warm water, this is super old school though. But worked every time I have tried and since its sweet it is not such a fight to get down.

Prune smoothie.

Up her water intake.

Make sure she is getting plenty of exercise.

Cut the crap out of her diet if there is crap in it.
