But why would my 3 month old kick her legs when she is laying down? I want to say she is just playing but im wondering if it could be related to her stomach pains? She doesn't fuss but sometimes she passes gas so im just a bit torn

Just playing.
Gas is a natural reaction to kicking their legs.

Thank you. Do you know where I could find a list of normal developments by ages? I wonder sometimes if she is where she is supposed to be.

It is what they do to help pass gas and poop. Think about it: you would probably do the same if you were flat on your back, and you had to poop.
