Because he told one of the teachers my mama is crazy and she'd beat you up.

I don't know where he got that either. I have never talk or met that teacher. She is an aid in his ebd class.

They said it was a threat. He didn't threaten them he just told them his mama beat her up.

Ebd is a label the school puts on some children when there is emotional or behavior issues. Ebd stands emotional and behavioral disorder. Some school with extra resources have different class for different sn. Every kid in the class is ebd.

I certainly hope that you have disciplined him for that behavior. In schools they take that type of thing very seriously. I am surprised they did not implement some sort of disciplinary action at school for the child.  Maybe you should get this kid into therapy before he gets worse with his threats or if he decides to follow through on a negative behavior....
