How much do you weigh? How tall are you? Any health concerns?

1 mom liked this

Portion control.  Too many carbs/sweets (even fruit has sugar, it's just natural).  Lack of muscle (speeds up metabolism, add strength training to your workouts).  Watch what you drink - it can add a ton of calories.

You're taking in more calories then you need. Your diet may be healthy and that might make you less careful about serving sizes :(

Have you seen a Dr?

I have learned that, for myself, I have to exercise consistently 5 or 6 days a week to see the scale go down.  It sucks, but it's my reality.

What kind of eating habits do you have? How often do you eat? How much do you eat at one time? I went on the south beach "diet" a few years back. I went from 182 to 140 lbs in a school year. Maybe you could try that? It's not really a diet, but more of a teaching tool to help you learn portion control and how to eat, rather than what to eat. And you eat your own food. Not like weight watcher or atkins or anything.

Takes awhile. Make sure you are getting the right amt of calories. ...too few or too many will screw it up. Id also talk with a dr of other possible issues(hormonal) that could be interfering
