I'm working on losing weight and haven realized how big I look. Am I crazy? Do I really look that big? Ugh I couldn't believe it. Sigh. Time to workout more :/

What? You look normal. You're just being too hard on yourself hun.

I think you need to admit to yourself you have a skewed body-image. You look fine. Work out for the body you HAVE, not the body you WANT...It's still medically impossible to transplant heads.

Eat less. That will make you lose weight faster than working out, although working out is necessary too.

If you don't like it work on it, but whether you think you're too big, too small or just right you still need to love yourself. Above is me, my before, that I want to trim down solely for health purposes. We can tell you over and over again that you're fine, but in the end you have to be happy with your reflection first and foremost.
