EDIT. I think every kid should be enrolled in sports by the age of 3 and if they aren't then you're a bad parent.

Exactly what the title says.
If you haven't enrolled you're kid in at least one activity by the age of 3, then you have failed as a parent.

Activity = anything that is productive with peers, dance, horse back riding, running, football, music or piano, ballerina, tball, basketball, art or anything to that effect.
I only had so much to work with in the title so I went with sports.

Edit. I don't think you fall as a patent. I just added drama to get you in here. Snag line and hook. It worked. Carry on and know you're not a bad parent, everyone tries to do the best they can. As long as you're trying, then you're OK in my book.

 They don't offer sports here until the age of 5.
