Do you think I have a legal case? If not, what should I do?

My DS is 12 years old and still has a bedwetting problem and no one would have known about his problem, but this one kid thought it would be funny to pull down my son's pajama bottoms at a sleepover. Then all the kids saw the goodnite--that's the brandname for the bedwetting diaper he wears. They're quiet and thin diapers so no one should have known he had them on. The kids then all preceded to make fun of my son until he called me and I came to pick him up. I'm furious and my son is so depressed that he cries and I'm going to have to pay for a psychiatrist probably. I think for the kid who pulled down his pajama bottoms, that his parents should pay for the psychiatrist visit plus pain and suffering fees.

Do I have a case?

If not, how should I go about handling the situation with the other kids families?

No.
If they continue to bully him then maybe. Id still talk to the kids parents though.
See if the school psychiatrist will talk to him.

FFS NO you dont have a legal case. It happens. Talk to the kids parents you should have when you arrived to pick him up. Then get over it.

I would talk to the parents about asking their children not to be little assholes. I dont think there is any legal case though. Do you know why he still wets the bed?

You could have a sexual harassment/assault case to threaten to settle and get the money for a therapist. I've seen kids in middle school get suspended for sexual harassment for pantsing each other.

It's assault. I would make a police report.

There is no case, for anything.
