Depends what the lie is about.  If something is messed up and she says she did not do it, she still cleans it up.  Luckily she has not lied about big things.

I haven't dealt with it yet, but I expect the same way I do any other transgression. Loss of privileges and if it's really bad, a spanking.

My son went thru a phase. Consistency was the key. We called him out on it every time and put him in time out, and took away his stuff. Even like ten times a day.

At that age I think your best bet is to just keep repeating why lying is wrong
