I would choose gatorade.
We give the kids power aid over Gatorade. I have never tried vitamin water.
Water. No vitamin water definitely not Gatorade unless they just had the stomach flu or super dehydrated even then careful to get the right kind.
Neither. My son takes water that is filtered. I always keep cucumber water or real fruit infused water in the fridge. Easy to make, refreshing and not filled with crap they don't need. If we are running and drinking a ton of water I have salt capsules so we do not dry drown.
