Is it possible to abort one of twins?

I recently found out I am pregnant with twins. This was an unplanned pregnancy but me and my so were overjoyed. We are barely financially stable enough for one baby. We definitely can't do two.

Yes, it is called selective reduction. IIRC it is typically done for health reasons but I would imagine a doctor could do it for non medical reasons. Ask your OBGYN.
