My cousin is seven and has been raised full vegan all her life, her parents are strict vegans.
But She wants to try meat so bad!!!!

Next time she's out with me I think I'm just going to let her have a chicken nugget and tell her to keep it a secret.

So you are encouraging lying to her parents and showing blatant disregard for her health and her parent's choices. Yes, this will go well.

She's getting old enough that it should be her choice what she wants to eat

oh what a great example you are. teaching a child to do something and then hide it from her parents.

That's not a great idea.  For one it's an asshole thing to do, and two, it could upset her stomach.  If I eat meat I get really bad stomach cramps and bathroom issues.  Especially a chicken nuggets, it's low grade and high fat.

Sure, ruin the relationship with your family. It doesn't affect us at all. Also, if her body isn't used to processing and digesting meat, it can make her sick.

you should let her have one, and then tell her mom after, indicating it was the child's choice to try it and she wasn't forced
