I skip breakfast too frequently. I would eat a healthy oatmeal every now and then. I want to eat and live healthier and I know breakfast is an important factor of a healthy diet. So I'm going to try to do fresh smoothies and/or maybe a hard boiled egg. Here's a pic of this AM's smoothie. I just got a new Ninja Blender and was excited to use it. I was without a blender for 6 months.
What do you eat for breakfast? Is it the same every day?
