  Are there laws stating that i cant just up and move without telling me and what are the reprocussions if i do.? I have been looking and cant seem to find anything along those lines anybody have any idea or where i can get this info or if you have any personal history with it. iI live in texas if that help anybody out. they are gunning to try to take my kids but have yet to really find a good reason to take them from us.

You can't leave the state I believe if you are under investigation

Who would you need to tell you are moving? If you have custody, you need to look at your CO and local laws. If you have an open CPS case you need to tell them so they can transfer your case.

 Its not cps anymore but it is a family based safety services

 Thats the thing id be essentily running to make sure i keep my kids so i dont want them to tranfer the case

I would call to be on the safe side and ask the person in charge of your case. 

Of course you can't just up and leave, that makes you look guilty.

If you are under investigation you need to just stay and face it. I mean...are they going to have a reason to take your kids?

I moved multiple times when CPS was 'watching' me. I just let them know I was moving without issues.

Then no and if you run you will lose them. Cooperate with your investigation.

 My biggest worry is they are going to find something redicously stupid to take them i had one tell me its abusive not to put sock on my kid with sandels on
