Yeah because she really needed those

Posted by Anonymous   + Show Post
My ex told me he couldn't help with dd's summer stuff....why? Because he "had" to buy his wife implants, because she was oh so insecure having no boobs as in she had fibroids in both breasts and needed them removed (mastectomy?) He now can't buy his ds food

Smh priorities, he really needs to learn them

She said "dd's summer stuff"  and  "ds food".  I don't see where she has differentiated that they belong to different people.

If they do have different parents why does she care about someone else's kid's food?

Quoting angelachristine:

no it plainly says that op has a dd with him the ds must be exs with someone else.

Quoting Anonymous:

What?  It says in the post "He now can't buy his ds food"  "him" would be referring to the "ds".  lol

Quoting Sassy762:

OP should provide food for her Ex and his wife's son?????

Quoting Anonymous:

Why don't you buy him food?

Or they didn't have insurance... Or shitty insurance... Or insurance that didn't cover 100%.  Either way, I go by what the OP said, which is that the woman had to have her breast tissue removed, and that the ex paid for implants. If it was just for implants without the breast removal part, it would have been a totally different story.

Quoting elfling811: If she had a mastectomy, insurance is required to cover reconstruction if desired. Since they ended up having to pay for it, it makes me think that wasn't the case. There are federal mandates that ensure that insurance pays for those things.
Quoting Anouck:

Uh, you're kind of an asshole. If she really did have a mastectomy, that's a MAJOR deal, and yes, can ABSOLUTELY lead to her not feeling like a real woman anymore, and having some serious self esteem issues.

Then she should mind her business and not worry about someone else's kids food.  Weird.

Quoting liltampa71:

The muitual child is OP's daughter.  Son is with current partner.

You wouldn't care if you knew your kid's half sibling was going to go without food? I think she is saying both the kids are suffering because of his poor financial planning.

Maybe she doesn't have insurance? I have just a limited medical plan, it would NEVER cover the cost of the mastectomy.

What makes you or her think the child is "going to go without food"?

Do you think he should have planned on his wife having to have both of her breasts removed?

It doesn't cover 100% though.
