I just got Invisaline. Not for cosmetic reasons, my jaw is jacked up.

Nope can't see it. I just got regular braces because of my jaw. They said invisalign wouldn't be strong enough.

Yeah, it's different for everyone. I needed Invisaline because it would keep my front teeth from touching. Braces couldn't do that right away. I'm hoping that by fixing my bite, that I won't need surgery in the end. I had braces when I was much younger, so I hated to pay for this now. Thankfully, I was charged the same as braces. I know some people have to pay more.

I've only had braces for a week so its still messed up. I have TMJ, a tongue thrust, and an over bite. I get headaches everyday. My jaw feels like someone took a screwdriver and tightened it up. It also pops horribly so I can't open it very much.

I can tell they are on your teeth, but, only slightly. Is it hard to talk with them in?
