Ratting out someone's screen name when they post Anon

Say someone posts about the same topic in two groups. One group is known for pretty mature and rational people discussing current events, politics, etc., and the other one *ahem* is known for people harassing and stalking people, and otherwise crazy behavior.

One group, the poster remains anonymous in, and the other Anonymity is not an option. A person from the other group sees the post under 'Anon' and blasts the poster's screen name in her post.

Shitty or not?

Not shitty. If aomeone is posting in 2 different groups, they probably want attention. The person that unmasks an anon is simply giving her more attention.

Sadly, this.  It's common sense, if you want to be Anon you ONLY post that post under Anon.  Otherwise, you run the risk.

I wouldn't rat someone out, but I have seen it plenty and all I can say is you either own it in the mature group, or you hide it in the Anon.  But to do both, you're playing with fire.

I'm simply asking for opinions on the scenario.
