It used to be just two little marks on top, and one on bottom with discoloration in between. It's not raised but it's all disfigured now. Just noticed today.

Any time a mole changes, yes it needs looked at.

 if it's changed color, size or condition then yes you should get it looked at, if for nothing else than piece of mind.

Absolutely. Skin cancer is nothing to fool around with and spots that change in appearance are indicative of skin cancer.

i would. hormonal changes can cause skin discolorations, but so can sun damage and melanoma....
