Why is he still leading me on?

I really really like my one friend, we have been flirting back and forth for months now. Well yesterday I made sure he knows I like him and I asked him how he felt he said he doesn't think he likes me that way. Then why the fuck does he keep flirting with me and making me think that he does. I thought we'd distance ourselves a little (even though we are still friends and I don't want it to be awkward) but he was texting me for hours last night. All my friends say how much they think he likes me. I just don't get it. Any advice????? I am going crazy. Thanks.

If he wanted you, he would have already made a real move. Let it go.

Why? Probably because he wouldn't mind fucking you. Just doesn't want a relationship.

If you're both not on the same page. Quit texting/talking to him. You're only going to hurt yourself in the end.

I can't just throw our friendship away. We were friends before I liked him and flirting came into play.

He wants what most men in these situations want. A sexual relationship with no strings. If that's not what YOU want, then you need to cut the lines of communication.

He's only doing what you're letting him do.
