No one has privacy in our home other then being in the bathroom or their bedroom and even the bedroom is always 100% private. I don't see why a guest would need a specific level or privacy. If they need to make a private phone call then they may use a bedroom or go outside.

Why would they need privacy beyond the bedroom and bathroom they're using?  If they want to go somewhere alone, I don't see the big deal.
