Is this like anxiety?

When I am talking to someone new ( or sometimes someone I know) its like I am concentrating so hard on the fact they are talking to me I don't really listen to what they are saying. This especially sucks when its something important I have to remember. I don't know what it is or how to fix it. I have been a sahm for 8 years and I need to get a job but it makes me worry about working. Thanks for any help!

Are you asking if this is an anxiety attack? If so then the answer is NO
