I am going to lose weight. What is the best plan. Help

cut out the sugar, soda, eat lots of green veggies and lean meat with healthy fats.  And start exercising!

Low fat, and low sodium if you can. I've lost 30lbs in a little over 2 months.

Try to cut out soda and processed foods, keep your portion sizes reasonable, always have fresh fruit and veggies in the fridge ready to eat (if it's easy to grab you're more likely to choose that for a snack than something sugary), drink at least 24 oz of water a day (aim for 48 oz though), and exercise every day if you can but at least 30 mins 3 times a week.
