That's the stupidest thing I've seen in a long time.

This doesn't apply to me lol.  This is the only social networking site I use....and I know I have no real friends here lol.  I also don't text or have a nice phone.  I talk to people in real life or on the phone.  The only time I want to have a nice phone to play with is when I'm out with people and they've all got their heads down, ignoring the world around them.

I'm hard of hearing so if I'm on my phone I'm texting one of my friends I can't look up and see.

I love this video, I don't care how ironic it seems that I have to be online in order to see it.

I can fully admit that in times past I've had a problem with being online too much. My husband worked a lot, I was a sahm with no vehicle if he was working, and there was no where to go or walk to. I was "trapped" at home with a baby every. single. day. of. my. life. I had and still have no friends, no caring family, I was alone. So I sat on the computer all day, this site especially became my only outlet to the outside world. Soon I was even online when my dh was home, our marriage suffered.

Long story cut shorter lol, I only go online when I'm alone now. The kids are at school, dh is at work, so I'll be on here for about an hour before running my errands and starting my day. Besides one pre-paid in our glove box that is only to be used for emergencies, no one in my house owns a cell phone. We have a Wii that we all play on when the weather is shitty but no other technology for the kids. We're viewed as odd now but my husband and I love it.
