Age verification for porn PETITION to protect kids

I am looking for signatures for getting age verification for porn sites after learning from my 12 year old daughter that boys AND girls in her class actually watch hardcore porn on their smartphones. ...Yes, during class.

Umm they do but it sucks. It says if you are 18+ press enter and if you are under 18 exit the page. The kids just press enter and they can watch all the porn they want. I think it sucks.

That's why they should have member only sites after age has been verified

I'm sure teens will just find a way around it.

Aren't there parental controls that you can use?

Making it harder is the first step. Having an attitude like that does not protect our kids.

Requiring membership won't do anything either, they'll just make something up.

I think it should be up to the parents to monitor and control their child's Internet usage. You know.... Like parents should do.

Why do 12 year olds have smart phones anyway?!

Because online petitions hold so much merit

How exactly would someone verify their age to the site? Check a little box that says "yes, I am 18?" How about parents just act a little more responsible and stop giving their 12 year olds open access to the internet instead of trying to babyproof it?
