The True Effects of Internet Pornography

Men and women watch porn which whether they like it or not gives them unrealistic expectations and conditions the brain to associate pleasure with images of perfect bodies ridiculously exaggerating pleasure and willing to do anything and everything the man wants with the only goal being ejaculation. This is the perfect recipe to kill love, passion and true connections between people. Pornography is highly stimulating and pleasurable to watch which is why it can be so habit forming but one must know the negative effects it can have on personal health, sex with real people and on society as a whole. Little girls are being taught that their worth is based on their ability to sexually please men, how big their breasts are, how skinny they are and sometimes they even believe that "sluttiness" is desired. Too often women are told that "if they took better care of themselves" or "performed better in bed" that men would desire them more. But where do these standards of beauty and sexual ability come from? PORN. A false reality. Men are left confused because they want meaningful relationships but the satisfaction and ease of porn is too temping leaving them trapped like a slave and unable to fully function in relationships. It is possible that the overconsumption of everyone using porn could eventually lead to people not needing to have sex or a intimacy with real people which will also be the end of love and family, out natural human path. The scariest part is that there are already many people in the world openly admitting their lack of desire for a relationship or "real sex." In fact there is a growing movement in Japan that has chosen to remain single and without love as they feel completely satisfied with masturbation to internet porn. Of course there are many people who's lives have not been effected to this extent but the number of those who have been effected continues to grow. What we once thought was sexual freedom and just having some fun alone time is rapidly ( and I mean RAPIDLY ) turning into an incredible problem. Divorce rates are up, suicide rates are up. Men and women are both losing self confidence and the desire and or ability to have meaningful relationships and children are being brainwashed. At what point do we take a stand for the better of the human race? At what point will we say, ok this is a problem? Really if you look at modern American life it is so far from being "human" it is sickening. Don't we want our children to grow up and enjoy life? Enjoy the excitement of their first dance, their first crush. Feel the excitement that man once had towards women that is quickly diminishing as floods of sexual imagery of "perfect" women surround him on a daily basis? There is no blame to man or woman here, but there is a social responsibility we have to make a change. I personally would love to see my daughter get married one day. To have a man who TRULY loves her. But at this rate how many men will not be zombified porn addicts and video game robots by the time she is of age? Both manliness, womanliness and humanness are dying. BUT we can make a change.

I can't even finish reading this because it's so dumb. Sorry. Mainstream media provides more unrealistic examples of the human body than porn ever could.

You keep describing the skinny, huge boobs porn stars but what about the BBw. the midget etc. Not all porn leaves men or women with unrealistic views or what someone has to look like to be desirable. Also like to point out that most male porn stars are fat and balding rarely are there good looking males.

Mainstream media is the entire problem. Mainstream media feeds out the mainstream porn which 90% of people are watching.

With more women watching porn there is a new wave of "hot porn star guys." Many of the new big stars in porn are 20 something males in great shape with cute faces and giant members.

I don't see porn in the average magazine or movie theater. What's your point? Stop railing against porn and write letters to the media instead if that's your problem. Jeebus.

Oh geeze. I'll keep my porn. And I don't want to be married at this time and I see nothing wrong with that

It definitely isn't! You are right. But it is changing the way we as people view love and sexuality, that is for SURE.
