3 kids in a 2 br house?

My friend just told me she and her husband are going to try for their 3 baby. I don't judge her they are wonderful parents, but they only have a 2 bedroom. Their oldest is 12 the baby is going on 3. Right now the baby is in a room with them. She said that they would give the 2 babies the room and they would sleep somewhere else. How can I suggest they try to move first. Or should I just not say anything?

ETA:  I know that they know that they have a 2 bedroom house, I just wanted to share my oppinion with her but like everyone else said, It's not may business.  I'll stay out of it.  I just love them, so I will respect what ever decision that they make.  Thanks everyone for your oppinion.

I really don't see how them sleeping in a different room is a problem.

Don't say anything. It's not your business.

I think you should mind your own business.

Whatever works for them. They may be planning to add on to the house, move or change a second living room or basement area into a bedroom

Maybe just take a look at places in there price range and if you find one say 'hey,  I noticed this great place the other day, I know you guys aren't looking to move but it looks like a great opportunity! "
