My parents are MomMom and PopPop. They've been that since my 22 year old niece was born.

My in-laws are Memere and Pepere.

Kids call my dad Poppa.
And my mom Gramma.

But my one dd calls her dad's mom by her first name, just as she calls her dad by his first name.
