what fast food type items can you make better and cheaper at home

im try to save money by cooking at home but my husband loves to eat out when he gets paid. im thinking about buying some of the fridays appetizers that they sell at the grocery store along with mozzarella cheese sticks and jalapeƱo poppers, white castle burgers ect. just looking for more ideas.

I make our burgers very similar to the toppings we get at 5guys. I make chicken sandwiches that taste similar to mcds.

I found a copycat chick fil a nuggets recipe on pinterest and it turned out pretty good.

Look up copycat recipes. It helped us get through that ohase where we had been craving our favorite take out stuff but didn't wanna spend the $$$ for it

It's like $5 a box for just a tiny box of tgi Friday's stuff. Make it homemade, it's much cheaper. ALL that stuff can be made cheaper and better from scratch.
