Surprise drug test! I know I failed

My work did a surprise drug test today. I am pretty sure at least 75% of us including my boss and the other managers are going to fail. Hell we live in colorado a lot of us are enjoying our new freedoms.

New managment took over (old owners didnt care) and decided that they wanted to test. I am actually really wondering how they are going to handle it as they have already had troubles filling in some of the spots that have been empty at work. 

This is going to be interesting 

ETA: They do not have an official policy on this. They can still fire over it though because they do not need a policy. Colorado is an at will state. Just thought I would post this so I could stop repeating myself

They havent actually fired anyone yet. I dont think they are going too but we still dont know

So is drinking but depending on the company they can fire you for that too.

Sure they can, pot is stil illegal on the federal level, and federal law trumps stae law
