I've been eating right and losing minimal weight and my doctor told me to start exercising. The problem is I hate exercise. I hate it A LOT.
I came across this artist when my friend posted it on FB. I actually usually REALLY dislike hiphop and other music from that kind of genre. But this I liked.
So anyhow, listening to it I felt a bit silly and started to pretend to twerk lol I've kept doing it. EVery night after ds is in bed, I listen to this artist for about 30mins adn twerk *blush*
It's so stupid and embarrassing, but I've lost 16lbs in a month. I'm kinda getting bored of her songs, but I like the weight loss and feeling healthier.
