Angry parent is trying to get me fired....

I am currently a TA teaching 3 lab sections and my uni. A student in one of my lab sections is failing and now his mommy is trying to get me to raise his grades or else he will lose his scholarship.

I told her that I am not even legally allowed to talk to her about this subject and that I would talk to her son.

Well of course she shows up anyway and I say I have to speak to him alone. We talk and I explain to him that he signed they syllabus contract which clearly states that the course offers NO extracredit and that there was nothing I could do and no extra assignments or points I can give him

He said he understood and left then I got another angry phone call from his mother saying she has a meeting with the dean next week about how unprofessional I am and hopefully next year they will have a new TA because she wants me gone

It was very hard to not laugh at her as I know that the dean is going to think she is crazy

Crazy town. Do you need to do anything other than keep a regular grade book to provide evidence of grades?

I have all the quizes and tests he took in my possession (we do not give them back but they are able to review them it is a course policy) so there is no question that he did indeed fail.
