We share custody. At this point the asshole is taking me to court for full custody. which I will fight Til I'm blue in the face. anyway I pick up Ryder Friday he has these cute orange quick silver pants on. The outfit was very handsome. And a Hurley shirt. He says dad says I have to wear my clothes back there new. My ex gives me nothing $$ I think its an asshole move he wants the clothes back thoughts

I would never expect my ex to supply clothes for my house. I would expect to give the clothes back after they were washed.

if you share custody he shouldnt have to give you anything and yes if he buys clothing it should go back to his house.

I actually agree with him. You don't want all the clothes you buy to disappear at dads house, he doesn't want the clothes he buys to end up at yours.

I Would expect the same. If he came in them he should go back in them. What's the problem?

It's clothes, and it's petty. Rise above it.

Those are the clothes he bought for his house. I think it was mature of your ex to send him over in nice new clothes, and not just play clothes. Be an adult and send him back in the clothes he came in.

My cousin's mother is constantly running out of clothes for her daughter because the dad never sends them back. Now, she sends her in stuff she doesn't mind losing she buys at thrifstores and such.
