That looks amazing! How do you make it?

We have SO's 4 kids plus my ds and ourselves today. I made two tubes of Pillsbury flaky caramel cinnamon rolls, banana's, fruit cocktail, yogurt and milk and his kids were STILL wanting more food! O.o

I'm about to make myself a leftover-chicken sandwich for dinner.

We're having quinoa, bell pepper, onion, and egg muffins.

That's a lot of mouths to feed lol.

It's really cheap and simple.
Just thin slice red potatoes and thin slice as much onion as you want. Put it in a skillet with just a lil bit of water in the bottom and as much butter as you want. Season it as you like. I use pepper, garlic, and a lil bit of salt. I usually put parsley, but I ran out. Simmer it on medium covered until potatoes are soft. Then uncover and turn the heat up to get everything nice and brown. It's good with white mushroom gravy.

We had McDonald's. We hardly ever eat there and I just wanted some coffee and the girls wanted pancakes. I decided that today would be a total relaxation day for me lol so no cooking.

I'm not a big quinoa fan, but that sounds yummy.
