Just realize it has been a whole year since I have had a day off



Eta to avoid confusion. I have to work a min of 34-40 hours. Last year I took a lot of time of (I don't get paid time off) so this year I am not taking vacation time.I could take my day of (I have Wednesdays off) but I would rather work

How is that even possible. My state has requirements on how many days in a row and hours you can work.

You are inviting a heart attack or stroke. You need to rest and relax. Even if it is only one day a week.

That sucks! I work everyday, but at least I get vacations every once in awhile and an occasional holiday off.

do you get regular off days or you work 7days non stop ? also do you get paid over time?

It changes if the person is willing to work those hours and they are being paid accordingly.

A job can't force you to work 62 hours a week, but they can offer you the hours and the pay. They can't fire you for not working those extra hours

I am not inviting it...I am much more relaxed at work that I am at home. I love my job
