Is coming up my father has passed and my youngest son's father passed away last year what can I do to in honor of them?

oh goodness, do you mean 'honor' them?  

I'm sorry for your losses  =(

Maybe have a bbq and just talk about them.   Share stories, share tears, and enjoy the time you have here with your family.   I'm sure that's what they would like to see you and yours doing  =)

Write them a message on a balloon an release it. Easy enough for younger ones who could draw a pic instead.
