My oldest was 11 months, but that was all he did early. I didn't know until much later that one year olds didn't speak in full sentences. I thought all kids did lol. My normal kids were between 13 and 16 months before their first words.

My son was a lot later, 15 months or so.

My DD was 8 months for little words, short sentences by 11 months "I want bottle" or "please food mama"

I was an early talker myself and my kids are around adults talking frequently all the time. I've also given commentary on daily life with both of my kids to encourage speaking. "Now we're going to walk to the mailbox, first I gotta find my flip-flops."

My twins were 7 months old when they said "dada". My youngest son started at 4 months.

DS had a speech delay, so it took a while. He was over a year I think before he said his first word (juice). He would say a couple words only DH and I could recognize after that, but not much.  He was in speech theopy at 2.

My 7 year old was 2.5ish but she wasn't understood by anyone but me until she was 4.5. She had a bad speech delay.

My 3 year old is just now at an 18 month level and was saying like 2 words by 2. She has Apraxia and will be in therapy for long time. Her vocabulary grows every day but she's still not understood by most people.

My 19 month old seems to be on track. She talks a little.

About a year for the two youngest and 2 and 1/2 for the oldest. He was developmentally delayed due to prematurity but has definitely caught up
