Would you be disappointed/mad? 


I think 19 is old enough. However, its still a bad time, because they couldn't handle a  pregnancy at that age/stage. 


I would discourage it and be kinda disappointed.

Not upset, just talk with them to make sure they are protecting themselves and ask if they had any questions.

Actually at 19 I kind of expect it. I would be disappointed if they didn't use birth control.

I would be disappointed if they hadn't had sex by that age. Just kidding...not really disappointed but I would wonder what the problem was. Isn't experimenting what your early ages are for?
