So my husband got in trouble at work today doe his phone ringing when it wasn't supposed too.. So his big boss is coming in to talk to him tomarrow. I'm really nervous don't know what to think. Hubby says if he gets fired tomarrow than I go back or work.. Bit I don't really think I can work 40 hrs nor do I want to. What would you think or do in my situation??

If he gets fired why do you have to go back to work?

Childcare can't afford it plus my son goes to therapy 3 xs a week and has chemotherapy ever wk,

1. Your husband should have made sure his phone was at the very least on silent, if he knew he wasn't allowed to have it on at work.
2. Whether you want to work 40 hours a week or not, if he gets fired, it's time to suck it up. I'm in the middle of a high-risk, extremely painful pregnancy, and my ass gets up and goes to work every day. If I can do it, so can you.

You immediately jump to termination? Doesn't his job have levels, like suspension, verbal warning etc?

what kind of work does he do? I honestly doubt they'll fire him over his phone ringing....unless this is something that happens frequently with him.

I don't know but this is his 2nd time. He's not worried about it though.
