I sneeze and leak pee on myself...

Not! Ugh! I'm too young for this, 28. Will weight loss help or am I just screwed no matter what?

I do when I cough. I did kegels while pregnant and I still leak. Ugh. I'm 28 too.

It happens to me sometimes too. Not often, but it happens if I sneeze or laugh really hard. It's been happening since I had kids. I don't know what to do about it.

Kegels and losing weight could help.  Also ask doctor about what other exercises can help.

It doesn't happen to me very often but it happens and I am 27. The worst is if I throw up, I usually get sick so hard I pee all over myself. I friggin hate it!!!

This happens to me more often if my legs aren't close (like if I'm sitting indian style) so if I feel a sneeze coming on I close 'em on up and normally I'm pretty safe. I also have to pee immediately after turning on a faucet - no.matter.what!

I've been doing it since I gave both to my older one. I was 25yo. I've lost 40lbs, but still leak. :-)

Oh yes! Always when throwing up, no doubt. It's like punishment for being sick lol.
