He helped but not that way. DS was 2 when he was fully potty trained. He refused to use a stool and so he had to sit on the toilet lol. However once he was tall/big enough, DH did teach him how to stand up and pee like a man lol.

My youngest, yes.  The oldest, no.  Our oldest has special needs and didn't get fully trained until he was almost 9.

No I did not have a husband at that time
I potty trained my son.

My husband helped potty train but he didn't show him to stand and point.

We found it easier to have him sit - so he can do al his business.

He didn't start standing until he was probably 4 years old.

My DS was peeing sitting up for the first year, than he imitated his father.

My son is 2 and potty trained. I make him sit on the toliet. I wish my 6 year old ds would sit too. He pees everywhere! Drives me crazy!

No, my husband was deployed around that time. My son still prefers to sit and he is five. Whoops!
