No. As with any car, the person probably bought the best they found with the budget they had.
I wish we had Kia here :/

Not really. I drove a Kia Sephia for years. I loved that car.

 yes it does. It is a bottom of the line car and if that is what you can afford then that is okay but yes it is a cheap car.

Seriously cheap doesn't come to mind. Savvy and money well spent does. It provides the same function as other cars and gets you from a to b. Why pay more just for show?
