Does it irritate you to know someone who parties and drinks their brains out all the time, cusses, speaks like a hood rat when people tick them off, and go through partners like candy and then turn around and go on and on about God the next day?
Eta:
I do not mean those that moved on from that lifestyle. I mean people who bounce back and forth leading 2 lives about it.

I don't know anyone like that. What does the behavior you describe have to do with AA?

Just something to snag people with. If it offends someone I will change it.

No, I know plenty of people who are recovering alcoholics who will tell you they wouldn't be alive today if it weren't for God.

Oh I completely agree. My parents were in and put of AA most of my life. Never did a thing for them. My grandfather was an alcoholic also. He was delivered from his alcoholism. I whole heartedly believe it. I mean people who live double lives almost. I'm a part person today and a God fearing soul the next.

I don't know anyone who behaves that way.  I can't imagine that I'd ever spend time with them.
