Every day, never fail, she uses our bathroom and doesnt flush. The last thing I want to see coming home is multiple uses of the toilet. Unless its my babys lol. She keeps using the excuse that at home they pay for their water and use as little as possible so shes used to not flushing. Im seriously tired of it after over a month.

I'm glad this is your biggest problem with her.

Prepared to be sued for the docked pay then. There is no legal reason. If it's that big of a deal then find another sitter.

Just tell her that it really ridiculously bugs you and if she wants you can post a reminder by the toilet so she remembers.

Dont dock her pay though, its not something worth docking pay over....

That's disgusting.  I would just find someone new and get rid of her.

You can't dock her pay for that. If it bothers you so much, find someone else.
