I work at Mcdonalds during the closing shift. Some nights I forget to clean up the work space. I only forgot 4 days last week. I just started a month ago so I think they are overreacting.

ETA: Spin off!! So its expected that a mcdonalds worker has to clean up after themselves but a babysitter working for $12/hr doesnt and im overreacting in my other post? Please.
Why is a burger flipper held to higher standards?

ETA2 I'm not a fucking burger flipper. I guess some of you are too damn dense to figure out the point of a spin off post.

How any days a week do you work? Even if it's 7 days a week, you're failing to do your job more than half the time.

Do you live next to a trench full of chemical waste or something?  That's a pretty major part of your job.  Your job at McDonald's.  People who grew up in a cardboard box in Mexico can handle that.

If you can't be successful at McDonalds, you're screwed for life. Just saying...

Ew! Seriously they are not overreacting as that can be considered a health violation and they can get fined. Either do your job or they will find someone who will.

This!  Imagine if you forgot to clean anything in your kitchen for four days!

Also, put yourself in the shoes of the person opening the restaurant the next day, walking into a complete mess!
