I was the same way but he was physical too. One day i just looked at him and asked myself how do you make my life better? And i couldnt answer the question. ... as much as i loved him i kicked his ass out

We've been broken up for a month. I left. But this is so damn hard. :'(

Stop talking to him. I know easier said then done. Stop any and all communication with him, is the first step. Second find someone to talk to,therapist,friend,minister,family anyone.
