I was having a second interview with a girl. I was about to give her the job until she mentioned she has a severe airborne peanut allergy. At that point it just was not worth it for me to hire her. I dont want everyone to feel they have to tiptoe around this person. I do not want to constantly be in fear that she might have a reaction while at work. I dont want to have to worry about what i should and shouldnt bring to work or have my employees worry about it.
I know for a fact that most of them bring a pb and j, we usually have roasted peanuts around the office at any given time.
I am going to go with someone else instead
