Would this be inappropriate?

I have a 1yo. My ex took her under his wing and has actively been parenting her with me since she was born. As far as he's concerned she's his and he is the person she has bonded to and sees as her dad.

We split up a few weeks ago, but he is still actively parenting her, actively involved in her life, and will stay there.

Is it inappropriate for me to get him a card from her for Father's Day? Her bio walked out and exSO has been there since.

No it would not be inappropriate. He's the only dad she knows.

Knowing him he would probably appreciate it. But at the same time, we are still in the awkward phase right after a breakup. I have no idea.

Ok. I don't know, things are still awkward from the break up, I don't want to make things worse, but at the same time, he is her dad in every way but DNA.

Yes, you should get a card for him from her.
