Ew that's gross!!!

Buffy (our ferret) got her ears cleaned today.  Ever since her really bad ear infection whenever I clean her ears she cries non stop through out the cleaning.

The vet suggested rewarding her with her favourite most amazing treats.  So I bought a feeder mouse.

She is now eating it and apparently the bones are edible as far as she is concerned  because I am sitting here listening to her eat in a not so lady like fashion.  All I can hear is crunching and squelching. Gross.

Most will regurgitate the bones later, so don't be surprised if and when you see that tasty reward she leaves for you. My ferrets always ran free through the house and after the first time or two of finding the regurgitated presents they left me, I started caging them after a meal till they had "finished" the process.
