Until this morning!! I've struggled with weight and fitness all my life. But in the past few months I have lost 18 (of my then 243 pounds) with Couch 2 5k and Weight Watchers. This was a big goal of mine, and I feel awesome!
Bash if you want, skinny and fit ladies. I know it seems menial to marathon runners, but this feels huge for me!
Whoa, ladies!! So much awesome positivity is a shock from this group! I have to be all sappy and say that it was actually incredibly encouraging!
