Is your husband a blue collar worker or white collar? ETA

My husband is a blue collar worker; he works in a steel mill.

ETA: Since there seems to be a little confusion: Blue collar-manual labor, like construction, mechanic, factory worker. White collar-Office job, desk job, etc.

White collar? I think that's where an IT Exec would fall.
